Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful, from Candice who welcomed us at Reception to the bar staff, waiters and cleaners. I cannot stress enough how lovely they all were. The hotel was clean and tidy. We had a room with a wet room as my partner had been in hospital and this was spacious and well set out. We slept well. Convenient for Addenbrookes with parking attached to the hotel. Enjoyed breakfast. Had a tasty toasted sandwich one day but otherwise didn’t eat in hotel.

Negative: The only negative I can think of is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof - there is a gap round the door. Most of the time this was fine as it was quiet, but we did have one set of “neighbours” that played music and then got up at 4am - that was our only disturbed night.
