Perfect location on the second line of the seafront, 50m from the beach of the small family seaside resort of Denneville-plage on the west coast of the Cotentin (10km from Barneville-Carteret), opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark...) where you can take a short hop by ferry from Carteret.
It offers you on the ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen open to living room / living room + insert fireplace and communicating with 2 small verandas, 1 beautiful bedroom, bathroom, toilet. Scullery opening onto large veranda with cupboards.
Upstairs: mezzanine landing leading to 3 beautiful bedrooms, toilet and shower room with shower, small attic.
