Who am I ?: From Norman land roots, after studying in Paris, I worked as an overseas expatriate in the
private sector.A return to nature in a healthy and very temperate climate, in a region particularly
enriching, typical and full of history and prehistory! classified sites, folklore, customs gastronomy ..
all of this determined my choice of retreat location
Why acquired this domain: Seeking an active retirement, I bought this almost abandoned hamlet from old farmers who lived
in complete autarky, without any comfort, as in the nineteenth century-consisting of 3 farms, I spent
4 years to renovate the whole. I called it: the small island of Soulelial, because we hear no noise from cars!
Here time stops, we relax, we listen to nature, but the village is not far, neither the 'Carrefour', nor
the station or the Dordogne river
Location: Ideally located in the middle of the PERIGORD NOIR, with a panoramic view of the Dordogne valley and the
village and 10 km from the confluence of the Vézere, cradle of prehistory,
