The house is self-sufficient in energy which will make your vacation a positive stay for the planet, while being air conditioned.
The villa is located in a dead end which optimizes the safety of your children.
Spacious and friendly with a surface of 245 m2 on wooded grounds of 720m² with a large wooden terrace of 45 m2, facing East with garden furniture, very pleasant for breakfasts, aperitifs and meals, as well as a swimming pool above ground under alarm usable from June 15 to September 15.
We offer our house furnished with all the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant holiday, a play area for young and old upstairs with its billiards, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, large fridge), a cathedral living / dining room, a 12m² bedroom with adjoining bathroom with 2-seater spa bath and walk-in shower, an office with printer / copier, wc, a bedroom upstairs, with a large open mezzanine. Two mezzanine studios with in each one upstairs a bedroom for 2 people with separate or juxtaposed bed, a 2 seater sofa on the ground floor, kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, TV, private garden with garden table and chairs.
For young children, a high chair, a folding bed, a carpet and a play tent.
Beach equipment is available: umbrella, beach tent, shovel / bucket for the little ones, inflatable hammock, body surf boards, as well as a badmington set, and a ping pong table.
Ideal for holidays with family (s), friends, near the ocean and to enjoy the natural Landes coast, but also to discover the Arcachon basin, the pyla dune, cap ferret (sea shuttle) , Bordeaux, the Basque country Bayonne, Biaritz and San Sebastian.
