Positive: Very friendly staff who helped me in every request I had, including keeping my luggage in the last day, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had all the toiletries you need, no noise could be heard from the neighbours/outside and there was AC so the temperature inside was perfect. Everything was in accordance with the description of the hotel. There is even a shuttle service which takes you to CERN for free.

Negative: - It would be great if there were tea/coffee maker utensils in the rooms, and maybe a small fridge, even though there is breakfast available and a restaurant in the hotel. - the location: the surroundings are very nice, although you have to go through a muddy road to arrive at the hotel. There is a bus stop 10 min away on foot, which takes you to Cern in about 5 min. But if you want to visit Geneva, it will take you about 40-50 min to get to the center. The buses go by every 20 min more or less, that’s the reason why it takes some time to move around, although that is not the hotel’s fault obviously. There is even an app which tells you at what time the buses pass by (tpg) which is very precise.
