Summary: Room: bed was very comfortable with memory foam pillows, the size of the room was enough for 2, the toilet and the bathroom were clean and had all the required equipment in good condition. There was a capsule coffee machine which was nice but the kettle was not in good condition. Breakfast: it was nice, not too many options, but with high quality and tasty. Location: this might be the only issue with this hotel. It is very close to a RER station (line C), with around 35 minutes to city center (Louvre museum for example), but this train was not fully functional at nights (after 22:00), so if you wanted to enjoy the vibe of Paris at night and come back to hotel late, it could take around 90 minutes with at least 2 connections! However, considering the price and the service you receive, it is really hard to find the same place closer to city center at this price! Staff: most of them were really nice and very kind, but it was hard a bit communicate with some of them in English, which I did not expect from a 4 star hotel! Finally, I can say that this hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay there, but it is a bit overrated on hotels.com!
