The single-story villa has a total living area of 200m² and features a living space with kitchen, dining area, and lounge, providing direct access to the garden and terrace. The first double bedroom (160cm), equipped with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom (shower, double sink, and toilet), is an extension of the living room. Three additional air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers are located in the other wing, arranged as follows:
