Positive: We booked the smaller apartment which was a cosy studio with modern facilities. The heated floor was powerful and kept us warm and comfortable. Kitchen, dining area and bedroom (loft) were well-lit and comfortable. Quiet and small town, with a water fountain outside the studio - was very pleasant.

Negative: Firstly, it was extremely dusty! This was despite me telling the owner to clean the studio because one of us has asthma. We found dust and cobwebs everywhere which showed the lack of care and cleaning by the owner. We went during off season, in November, but that’s still not an excuse to leave the studio in this dirty state. Next, the owner was very unresponsive as soon as we checked in. The listing provided wifi and electric kettle but there was no instructions for wifi and we couldn’t find a kettle so we had to boil water from the cooking pot. We contacted owner but no response. Lastly, the owner told us to clear our trash from the bins and bring them 200m to the bin disposal area but there were no plastic bags provided which made it difficult for us. Location is not the best as it is far from amenities like supermarket - the apartment is tucked away as the last village on the road.
