Positive: The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The terrace was lovely, the living space is ideal for a holiday. There is even a place to dry wet clothes after you've been swimming - a clothesline on the second, smaller balcony. The tram and train are very close and the beach and Old Nice a short walk away.

Negative: The lift was an antique with a very narrow doorway and it broke down twice, meaning we had to carry a toddler and a pram to the 6th floor. One of the beds in the main bedroom was missing several slats underneath, meaning the mattress dipped a lot in several places. The only way to access the main bedroom was through the other bedroom, which could be curtained off but then received no cooling from the air conditioner. Our flight was delayed and while the person who met us at the flat was lovely and very understanding, the people at HappyFew were not.
