Positive: This amazing accommodation is definitely a 10 out of 10. I have written 40+ reviews probably and don't remember scoring an accommodation this high. Luxurious house, with attention to detail, offering three bedrooms with each a bathroom. The airconditioning is a plus when it gets really hot. Park your car (you can charge it at a reasonable cost) in your private courtyard. Enjoy your private garden (very large) with pool (nice temperature of 29-30 degrees C) or relax in the jacuzzi. Retreat to the other garden, near the entrance of the house for an apero or a BBQ. A separate building - Le Chai - will offer a selection of meals (you only need to heat them briefly to serve), champagne (of course) and some other drinks. You will be charged separately. The village is calm, not many shops, but various places to visit not far away; don't forget to visit Troyes. Recommended restaurant: Le Garde Champetre (need to make reservations). Not to forget: very friendly contact with the proud owners Stephane (who makes a fabulous champagne - I know cause I have probably tasted more than 50 during 15 visits to the Champagne region in the past 20 years) and Carol before and during our stay.

Negative: I should have booked two weeks instead of only one.
