Propriano, in the heart of the Valinco gulf, in a sought after private area, calm and secure, a few minutes from the beach (1.5 km) and shops (800 m from the city center), beautiful Corsican villa of 205 m2 which can accommodate 11 people. Marvelous panoramic view of the sea and the hills.
Large swimming pool and tennis court (to be shared with the inhabitants of the estate). Closed garage + 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
Large living room with fireplace and dining room opening onto the terrace with a clear view of the sea, open fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own terrace, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room. Solarium on the roof.
The rooms: atypical and different, they mix the traditional Corsican charm with the comfort of modernity:
1. The "Tahiti" room: double bed (160 x 200) and a pretty terrace overlooking the scrub.
2. The "jazz" room: double bed on the mezzanine which overlooks a small lounge. A large blackout curtain allows to partition the space.
3. The "children's" bedroom: 3 single beds, one of which is on the mezzanine and a shower room + table football!
4. The "white" bedroom: double bed, calm and serenity.
5. The "Corto Maltese" bedroom: 1 double bed. Overlooks a pretty shaded terrace to cool off in summer.
The living room: very large, it consists of an open kitchen, a beautiful fireplace for cool evenings, and a convivial dining room, all opening onto a terrace with a plunging view of the Gulf of Valinco .
Deposit check to deposit on arrival of 1000 euros, not cashed, and returned at the end of the stay.
Provision of sheets and towels. Exit cleaning is included in the price.
The tourist tax will be payable locally: € 1 per day per person.
