The house is one and a half stories high, with a ‘’studio’’ at the garden- and pool level. The studio consists of two bedrooms with matrasses of 1,60meters width, a shower and WC. The upper living area consists of a big living room with an eating table for 8 persons, as well as a lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen. The corridor leads to a bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90cm) and to another bedroom with a full-size bed (1,60m mattress) and a children, two floor loft bed (only for children, 2 mattresses, each 80 x 190cm). Furthermore, you’ll find a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC on this floor as well as another guest WC.
There are three terraces: On the upper floor, a large one with a table for up to 10 persons and a nice view directly on the mountains and another smaller one with view on the sea and a table for up to 8 persons. On the pool level in front of the studio you can find a terrace area covered with natural stone accompanied by a table for about 6 persons and 5 sun loungers to enjoy the poolside. The pool itself has got a surface area of 5x10 meters and is up to 2m deep (you can still stand at the beginning of the stairs and the water goes deeper further to the end). It is run without chloride and purified with natural oxygen (skin and eye friendly). It can be heated on demand. The energy charge would be at 100euros/week and could be paid on the spot. The house is equipped with WLAN, a telephone from which you can call for free to European fixed network, a television and a stereo system.
The price includes 150€ for service and care for house and pool by staff, an allowance of 100€ for energy and 200€ for the general cleaning at the end. This means no accumulated costs to the total price.
The 500€ for damage deposit will be payed to our housekeeper at the beginning of your vacation. If everything looks just the same after your stay with us, you will immediately get your money back at the end of your vacation.
