Wonderful 5 bedroom Villa of 300m2 situated 8 KM from St Tropez.
With tranquil surroundings this property offers the perfect chance to get away from it all, perfect for a family holiday or get together with friends. Set in the hills of Gassin, this modern property can sleep up to 10 people.
The entrance hallway leads to a new custom made kitchen with stone work surfaces, it is fully equipped and has a large fridge freezer, drinks fridge, wine fridge, double oven and gas cooking range. The kitchen is open plan and leads into a large dining area then into the main lounge area with fireplace, comfortable sofas, large windows lining one wall with patio doors giving access to the ground floor terrace where you can admire the manicured gardens.
From the lounge, down a couple of steps there are two double bedrooms (bed sizes 180cm) they are both ensuite. There is also a guest WC.
On the other side of the main lounge area there is a second reception area and an other bedroom ensuite, (One double a 180cm wide bed) which is ensuite. The other bedroom is located just off the entrance and is set as a twin room, ensuite.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom (200cm wide bed) with full ensuite. There is a balcony from the master bedroom which provides spectacular views of the grounds below as well as views over the hills of Gassin.
The gardens of this property are well-maintained throughout the year and there are many lovely areas to sit in and enjoy. There is a long drive with a carport to keep the cars cool during the hot summer months.
The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, ipod stereo system, BBQ, outdoor shower and WC adjacent to the swimming pool and flat screen Televisions in three of the five bedrooms as well as both reception rooms .
To the left of the house there is the large swimming pool 12 x 5 m (heated) with sunbeds as well as an outdoor shower. There is also a jacuzzi.
The summer kitchen is perfect for hosting barbeques with friends or even late summer family dinners al fresco!
