The Domaine de Granit includes several cottages, a detached house, "La Source," and other apartment cottages in the manor house where the owners sometimes reside, "Le Granit," a magnificent residence dating from the early 20th century. The Domaine de Granit includes a 1.6-hectare park, open to tenants. The residence has been described as a "building of remarkable architecture."
We offer a large, newly renovated 100m² apartment on the first floor of Le Granit.
The residence is nestled within a one-and-a-half-hectare estate protected by a perimeter wall. The cottage can accommodate 2 to 6/7 people.
You will have three large bedrooms, the first two with double beds and the last one with a single bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, and a combined washer-dryer. There are two separate toilets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and small appliances. Adjoining lounge with television, hi-fi system and free Wi-Fi internet.
Heating is provided by an environmentally friendly wood chip boiler. Electricity and water are included in the price, subject to reasonable usage:
