Positive: very central, convenient location, spacious, modern, area is pretty quiet

Negative: apartment gets very hot (no AC available), no knives or forks available in the kitchen (only spoons)

Summary: un terms of location it couldn’t be better. Only downside, was that if it’s sunny, the apartment gets very hot
