The 1,700m² property is spread over two levels: the pool and parking area on the lower level, while the villa and the rest of the garden occupy the upper grounds. Lush Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the property, enhancing its charm as a countryside retreat. Tall pine trees, oak trees, strawberry trees, and olive trees provide natural shade and cooling areas. The garden offers numerous inviting corners to fully experience the South of France lifestyle: the front terrace of the villa features a large dining table for eight guests, shaded by a parasol, as well as a summer lounge with two comfortable sofas and an armchair; a pétanque court sits on the side of the house, accompanied by a high table for casual lunches. Nearby, a second lounge area with two sofas is nestled among the strawberry trees, creating a romantic setting.
SWIMMING POOL:
The pool area, located on the lower level, provides a private and serene spot for water lovers. It is accessible via ten terracotta steps and features a flat astroturf solarium surrounding the 8x3.5m pool. Guests can relax on eight sun loungers after a refreshing swim. The pool has a PVC lining, a terracotta-tiled frame, a uniform depth of 1.4m, and remote-controlled chromatic lighting. An outdoor shower is also available. The pool is open from early April to the end of September.
