'Le Petit Coin au Soleil' is a wonderful light and spacious ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 master double bedroom with dressing room and modern ensuite shower room, and one children's bunk bedroom with its own modern ensuite shower room).
It has an excellent open plan kitchen dining and sitting room, with a sunny private patio perfect for al fresco dining, overlooking the waterfront and boats of the 'grand basin'.
At the front door of the apartment you step directly into the Place Francoise Spoerry with its coffee shop patisserie, small supermarket/tabac and 3 great restaurants.
Port Grimaud is a beautiful Seaside town built to resemble Venice with its little waterways with French 'fisherman style' houses.
In the summer months the 'Coche d'Eau' (water taxi) stops at the end of the pontoon just outside the apartment and is a free service to residents, calling at the main Port Grimaud Square, the harbour entrance and the beaches, a great way to see the marina.
The Bateau Vert ferry runs from the main harbour hourly to St Tropez, for visits to markets, shops, banks and beaches.
For lazy days, there are 2 local beautiful sandy beaches within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Its an excellent base to explore the sea, sand, vineyards, cycle paths, shopping, glitz and glam of St Tropez, Pampelonne and the Côte d'Azur region!
