Summary: Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good. More choices than most hotels with fresh fruit and gluten free pancakes. I was grateful for those because I was getting tired of a Scottish breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good. Everyone who was employed there was very friendly and polite. The location is excellent and convenient and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again.
