In a very quiet area, our house will bring you all the comfort of a modern house. Very bright with its large picture windows which overlook a south-facing garden.
It is a privileged place for family holidays in an environment conducive to relaxation.
A stone's throw from Kerassel beach, ideal for children at high tide. The ocean beaches are 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bicycle.
Many cycle paths and hiking trails accessible from the house.

Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room.
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and wc and 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and wc accessible for a disabled person.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 approachable single beds each, 1 independent bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 1 bedroom with 2 approachable single beds with 1 bathroom and private toilet, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and crib.
New Bultex bedding.
Possibility to park 3 vehicles. Large attached garage.
