Le Pailler is a lovely 18th century house with characteristic local charm. Recently renovated, it is situated at the highest point of the village. Olargues is a small medieval village of authentic beauty that has been labelled as one of most attractive villages in France. The house has been owned by our family for five generations. It has a large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and a dinette on the ground floor. The mezzanine floor offers two large open rooms. Ideal for couples or families up to 5 persons. Its calm, shadowy garden is spacious and makes for enjoyable leisure time. In the village you will find a grocery store, bakeries, a chemist, a medical practice and a small farmers market. Restaurants and terraces invite you to enjoy wines and specialties of the region. We offer bike rentals, bicycle tours and transport from and to the airport (at additional fee).

Summary: This extraordinary location on top of the beautiful village of Olargues is an open one room gallery house with a steep staircase and a nice outside area. Not recommend for light sleepers, since the bell tower nearby rings twice the hour.
