The villa is set in beautiful la Trayas,Theoule-Sur-Mer, 20kms from Cannes. 15 minute walk to stunning sandy beaches,beach bars and restaurants or 3mins in car.Enter the villa through electric wrought iron gates into a beautiful flower lined driveway ,the main house comprises of a huge lounge dining room with huge period fireplace five sets of arched French windows and follows onto a large kitchen breakfast tv room with stainless steel range and American style fridge and four arched French windows outside a large stone table and chairs and outdoor sofas and a pool table.There are 3double bedrooms with en-suite on this floor with stairs going from the hallway to the turret bedroom with en-suite shower.on the next floor Down there is a 2 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen,lounge with tv and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.The terrace leads on to an under cover dining area with stone table and chairs ideal for lunch out of the midday sun and also another stone table and chairs not covered which is great for dinner under the stars, also cushioned bonkets for chilling out or for an afternoon snooze this leads onto the summer kitchen with all mod cons which in turn follows on to a cloak room and shower room which leads to the 7 th bedroom ideal for an aupair or teenager needing there own space.The house has Bourgogne stone floors throughout as well as air conditioning and is full of character and all rooms have the amazing sea views.
There is a large heated infinity pool which is 3m at its deepest,also a covered table tennis area and boule pitch.The house adjoins the esterell national park with walking and bike trails virtually on your doorstep.
