The Old Town with its famous open market, restaurants, shopping and promenade is only in a few minutes walk. “Le Parc Vigier” is in demand because it has beautiful views of the entrance of the Port of Nice which always has exciting movement of boats, yachts and ships. Although you are at the Port, with so many restaurants, shops, and activities at your doorstep, because this apartment is on the edge of the park, it is so quiet and peaceful. You wake up to birds chirping and the lovely sounds of nature, yet you walk across the park and you are at the Port and the center of Nice. It is a perfect location. You also have the lovely, famous, gorgeous Coco beach just across from the park which is a great place for a swim and to watch the yachting activity so famous in this area.
