- upstairs: a living room (sea view) equipped with a home cinema system upscale (and wide choice of channels by the decoder), a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) (possibility to install it in 2 single beds of 90 x 200), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
The exterior consists of a garden, a terrace (with garden furniture) and a swimming pool (11m x 4m with rigid shutter - electric and secure, 1 alarm - NEW: heated pool with a pump heat during the inter-seasons) oriented South-East, with sea view.
The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m² enclosed and raised on its periphery, which protects the opposite. A sliding gate allows to park safely one or more vehicles.
The villa was completely renovated in H1 2016.
You will be welcomed on the spot the day of your arrival by a real estate agent:
- he will do with you the tour of the house,
- will introduce you to the operation of the pool,
- will have you sign the internal rules of the villa,
- and will also make the inventory of places of exit when you leave.
