Summary: positiv - the kitchen is well equipped - furniture is new although not huge - location is quiet negativ - terrace is located on the south side but canopy very small, the parasol was broken - terrace furniture not comfortable - no separation to neighbors (like green fence) - often came homeless dogs, not aggressiv but annoying - outside came sometimes strong smell of sewage - because of pricing per person the total for two families with children was really heavy, in any case much higher than offered standard - location is very far from any infrastructure (supermarket etc.) and roads in the area are not "perfect"
