Positive: Gérard is a very attentive host. He gave us a ton of useful information before our arrival to get there safely and efficiently, he took the time to explain to us the best way to park our car. His apartment is very well-equipped and confortable, with the best view of Nice. It is perched on an hill, facing the bay, but surprisingly you are just 40 minutes away from the beach by foot. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxing.

Negative: Bakeries and stores are at the bottom of the hill. It means you need to get a serious flight of stairs to get there, or a bus. It doesn't take long, but it is steep.

Summary: A beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighborhood of Nice with the most beautiful view of the bay!
