Positive: Clean and very spacious apartment. The rooms were as in the pictures and everything works. The balcony was great.

Negative: The apartment seems put together with cheap components. The microwave has issues in opening it. The downstairs neighbours are very noise sensitive. The location is far away from city center so expect a lot of time in the Paris traffic and you will have to drive. One of the fans in the second room does not work fully as expected. The beds are really tiny.
