IMPORTANT INFO: Residence communal pool 20x10m :
The residence's own communal pool is open from mid-June to mid-September and is available to our guests, provided that no restrictions on use due to acute drought and lack of water are imposed by the Regional Prefecture of Pyrenees Oriental, as happened in the summer of 2023.
The landlord cannot provide any guarantee and assumes no liability towards the tenant should the Regional Prefecture of Pyrenees Oriental again order a restriction of use or closure of private or semi-private swimming pools for the reasons mentioned above.
