Positive: This was the highlight of our Via Francigena. Emmanuel and Annette made our overnight stay the most memorable experience. Everything was amazing. From the welcoming, the evening meal, the tour of the mill, this beautiful property is amazing.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: This is more than a place to spend the night, it is an experience with the nicest hosts. Highly recommend.
