Summary: I had a bad experience with my family in first day , we booked apartment for 6 persons with sea view and breakfast included on hotels.com , they gave me parking view , so I asked to change the apartment and they told me that there is not availability at this time , I asked to see the manager and he refused because he has meetings and he was just seating in the back desk listening, the situation was really provocative, I contacted hotels.com and they reacted quickly and they apologised for this unprofessional behaviour, I am giving two stars only because the kindness of the receptionists and the breakfast was very good , the hotel is good in general but the administration behaviour is need to be evaluated , we had small accident in the pool and we asked for first aid kit , they apologised because it was used before one week and they don’t have another one !!
