This bright, beautiful apartment is located in the nice and quiet Musicien area in the center of Nice.
Here you live within walking distance of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. The proximity to many fine restaurants, cafes, and shops makes this apartment the perfect holiday home!
A supermarket, Intermarché, and several bakeries are just around the corner from the apartment. The lovely fruit/vegetable and fish market in the Liberation area, which is open every morning, is a 15-minute walk away. The train station, Gare de Nice Ville, is also very close, just under 10 minutes on foot. From here you can easily go on to other villages along the coast on the Riviera, such as Ville-franche-sur-mer, Monaco, Cannes, or even the Italian Riviera.
The entire apartment is completely newly beautifully renovated and with new furniture and furnishings. There is AC throughout the apartment, and it is wonderfully light and airy.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen equipment you might need to cook a nice dinner.

Summary: I’ve stayed at this apartment twice now, and it’s become my go-to place whenever I visit Nice. The host is extremely accommodating—allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which made arrival so much easier.The apartment is in a fantastic location: just steps away from the main train station and only about a 10-minute walk to the promenade. There are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, which makes it very convenient.The space itself is extra clean, well-kept, and very affordable compared to other options in the area. Overall, this is the perfect spot for both short and longer stays in Nice. I’ll definitely be booking here again every time I return!
