"Feet in water" with private beach, bike path less than 10 meters, a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains, this is for external assets!

In this environment, the "Nest of the Lake" is a comfortable duplex apartment, well equipped and tastefully decorated, located in a small residence of the lake and located in a typical hamlet near the castle of Duingt.

We wanted a warm and modern decor. In the main room, teak furniture with anise and turquoise colors were chosen.
Through the windows of the living room you have a view to the lake and private beach.

The main bedroom with an "exotic" design is located on the 1st floor with a large skylight with a view to the lake and a large window facing west. The small children's bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds.

2 bicycles are available to tenants.

On the beach reserved for occupants of the residence, children will enjoy the games (carousel, slide ...) or will swim and dive from the pontoon ... while adults lying on a towel or on the chairs we leave available.
And for all, swimming from the beach or from the tip of the large pontoon. Playgrounds balls are accesible on the beach (and two ball games are arranged in the apartment).

Summary: Thank you for sharing your 'nest on the lake' (and arranging the glorious weather for our stay). Very comfortable apartment in a good location for exploring the area. The use of the two bicycles really added to the holiday with daily morning trips to the bakery in Duingt and visits to the supermarket and butchers in Doussard, with a couple of rides to Annecy along the excellent cycle path at the rear of the apartment. Also, thank you for supplying the table tennis bats and balls - I've now found a sport I can beat my athletic 16 year old son at! The private beach with diving platform was also a real treat. Overall a very enjoyable summer holiday and would not hesitate to recommend your lovely apartment. May I also thank you for your prompt and efficient correspondence both before and after our visit.
