Positive: 1. First things first, the apartment’s location is perfect! It is near the sea (about 15 minutes walk). You will not have to drive at all in Nice since everything is near. 2. The instructions (where is located, where you may find the key, where to park your car etc.) were very clear

Negative: 1. Though there is an elevator in the building do not expect that you will use it. It is not located in the ground floor and you have to use the stairs to reach it. If you take it and proceed to the 1st stop, you will have to walk down the stairs to reach the apartment since the 1st stop of the elevator is higher than the building’s 1st floor. That’s not a real issue, but I have to mention it in case you curry heavy luggage. 2. The two bedrooms seemed to be clean. Sheets and (the few existing) towels seemed to be clean, but we cannot judge it since there were not white. The main issue is at the leaving room where the furnitures are in bad shape and are dirty (you may see the attached images). 3. The restroom is too tiny (it’s not in the same room with the big bathtub). 4. We had some questions (simple questions regarding the boiler and the water temperature) that were never answered. In every question we made the answer was always the same “I will check it with the team and come back to you” 5. And now the real problem. There is only one (1!!!) A/C unit in the whole apartment which is installed in the leaving room. We had to keep the bedroom’s doors open and the A/C in full power in order to have just ok temperature. That is unacceptable (!!!) especially for the summer with the high temperatures in Nice
