The land of 2700m2 planted and planted is located less than 5 minutes walk from the uncrowded beach of Ovu Santu and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Pinarello. The villa is composed of 7 air-conditioned bedrooms of approximately 15m2 each with 6 en-suite bathrooms, all of the windows are fitted with mosquito nets, a large living room, a mezzanine, a US kitchen, a kitchenette and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. It has two buildings connected by a covered patio. The infinity pool (4.5 x 10) is with salt filtration; it is protected by a rolling shutter and by safety nets in compliance with standards.
