Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a very sunny terrace and panoramic views of the Gâvres lagoon in the small, upscale 2015 residence "LES ALIZÉS". "Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed." It features an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a corner sofa (sleeps 140cm) with sea views and access to the terrace, a bedroom with sea views, access to the terrace, and a large closet (storage bed 160cm), and a bathroom with toilet.
