Large charming living room with fireplace (35 sq.m) and dining area for 8 to 12, equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 persons, laundry room, 2 bedrooms of 25 sq.m including one with private terrace, 3 bedrooms of 16 sq.m, 1 bedroom of 9 sq.m. Awning for outdoor meals with fireplace (20 sq.m). Very peaceful and unspoilt location. Rare setting. The village centre of l'Epine with all the shops and market about 500m away. Great for 2 or 3 couples with children.
