The 130m² villa has three bedrooms, a living room/salon, a kitchen and a side room/office with a convertible bed/seat. A total of 6 to 8 sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer). There are two modern bathrooms, one includes a bath. In the scullery there is a washing machine and a dryer. The whole villa is air-conditioned and heated.

The 2.000 m2 plot and the house are all in one level and therefore have good accessibility for kids and disabled persons. (NB: the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.)
