Summary: The view of Nice and the Baie des Anges is spectacular! We had a delightful time working remotely for 4 weeks from Abbaye de Roseland. It is a long walk to the beach, and we don't recommend trying to walk back as the hills are steep. We used Uber and Bolt to get to and from the Old Town every night. The Uber app doesn't know the location, so if you don't have a car use Bolt. The swimming pool is wonderful, but it is not heated. The apartment is great for couples, and Philippe is a wonderful host.
