Stunning villa and grounds! Newly renovated large kitchen and living area. One bedroom with EU king-size bed (US equivalent between Queen and King). New high quality linens provided. Brand new sofa, carpet and furniture. Bathroom is original (orange, but it has it's french charm :). Large outdoor dining table, new patio furniture (sectional, plus poolside loungers). Private gated area with lots of parking on site. Large tended garden with fruit and olive trees. Private pool, where you can float with a view of the sea or St Paul de Vence. Quiet, exclusive neighbourhood, no parties! There are only 4 homes in our community so respect for neighbours is paramount.
Rental includes the main level and exclusive private access to the pool and gardens. The upper level is closed off but unoccupied for the duration of your stay. 30 day min.
