Set on a enclosed and secure plot of 1,200 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people in a privileged environment, between beaches, coves and maritime landscapes.
Outside, make the most of the exceptional setting and the sea view. The large terrace, accessible from the dining room, offers a magnificent view as far as the island of Noirmoutier and will be ideal for sharing your meals outdoors thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal.
