This villa on 2 levels consists of the main level overlooking the swimming pool with its covered terrace to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings and a large outbuilding at the level of the swimming pool. But the entrances can be made on one level on each of the parts and are completely independent.
You will enter through a large gate where you will have a large space to park (4 cars) and maneuver in peace.
The main level consists of a hallway entrance which leads to a first bedroom with cupboards (2 single beds) on your left with its shower room. In the continuity of the corridor and always on your left you will find a second bedroom (160cm bed) with these cupboards and its shower room with wc. In the hallway and in front of you you will have the large living room, dining room and a large fitted kitchen open to the living room.
This large living space opens directly onto a large covered terrace and gives you access to a second terrace under the shade of a tree slightly below half a floor. Going down another half floor you will be at the edge of the swimming pool. A large beach awaits you with these deckchairs and above all, our favorite place, a large summer lounge in the shade of the vines.
Let's go back inside and take the hallway. It takes you to the right to discover the last bedroom (160cm bed) on this level. It will be on your right and you will find an office space there. A dressing room and its shower room. A guest toilet is located in the hallway as well as a laundry area.
The large outbuilding located on level -1 and at the level of the swimming pool will welcome you in a large living room, dining room and kitchen. You will find a bedroom (140cm) overlooking the swimming pool, a shower room and a separate toilet complete this space.
What about the exteriors, just look at the photos....An unobstructed view, a swimming pool, deckchairs. Everything is there for a wonderful stay.
You will be only 200 meters from the city center of Les Arcs and all these shops and restaurants, everything is accessible on foot.
You will find on your arrival the household linen (sheets, bath towels, swimming pool towels, bath mats), toilet paper, miniature shower gel, kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, surface cleaner, detergent, dishwasher tablet and washing machine). laundry).
