It is fully equipped for families with children: 2 cots, 2 high chairs, a changing table and all the ideal silicone crockery for toddlers 📍The house is located in Léaupartie, 5 minutes from the beautiful villages of Cambremer and Bonnebosq with all the shops and useful amenities. The nearest supermarket is a 12-minute drive away in Dozulé (Super U). The coast is 25 minutes away: the superb beaches of Cabourg and Houlgate are yours! You will be in the heart of the Vallée d'Auge and its famous cider route: Cambremer, Beuvron en Auge and Crèvecoeur are all historic villages that you will enjoy visiting. 🛏 A beautiful and very cosy sleeping area: - On the first floor: 1 double bedroom on the first floor with a 160 cm bed giving access to the reception room on the first floor and a separate toilet. - On the first floor: 2 beautiful double bedrooms (160 cm beds) with their bathrooms (equipped with toilets). - On the second floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90 cm cm.
