Located on the second floor in a modern apartment complex, my flat offers stunning water views of the River Taff. Only five minutes walk form the vibrant shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of Mermaid Quay (Cardiff Bay’s waterfront entertainment complex) you’ll feel right in the heart of beautiful Cardiff Bay. Ten minutes walk (or a two minute drive) and you’ll be in Central Cardiff. It’s world class shopping, sporting facilities and entertainment venues make for a wonderful weekend break. For business or pleasure, you’ll envy the super-fast, Hyperopic broadband and then, when it’s tine to unwind, you have free use of the recently refurbished on-site Gym and Spa facilities (fully equipped Gym with free weights, pool, sauna and jacuzzi; all subject to availability). A car parking space is on site too; You’ll have a visitor’s pass allowing you to park securely in one of the many visitor’s spaces inside the complex. The one bedroom flat has a super-king bed (with water views), a bathroom with bath and overhead power shower and a large living / dining / kitchen area. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, washer dryer, hob and oven. You’ll have access to all of my kitchen “stuff” for your stay and towels will be provided. The flat itself is over 800 square foot; Exceptionally large for a one bedroom! Parking is by unallocated Visitor's spaces - it's on a first come first served basis though there are plenty of spaces (you must display your Visitor's pass, provided with the rental).
