Positive: It is a room in a property where an owner lives but you have your private room.Place is next to the main road which wasnt a problem for me. Place is clean and tidy, room comfortable, bathroom is shared, clean. I could use kitchen to war, up my dinner. Parking is on the main road.Comunication with Ffion was great. Wifi fast, House was warm. Shared accommodation, I would stayed there again though
