Positive: Lovely views of the beach from the main balcony, where horses and trotting gigs were exercised early morning and evening and an easy 30mins walk along the boardwalk to Deauville and 10 mins more to Trouville - the apartment is in Tourgeville. Also 15 min-20min walk to Clairefontaine racetrack. Apartment was spotless and kitchen facilities were good. The lounge had comfy chairs and sofas. WiFi was excellent. Very helpful concierge.

Negative: Slightly cramped for two adults in the kitchen/diner, which is being a bit picky and also around the bed to accommodate a TV - which we didn't need but of course may be important to some. We could have done with a bigger fridge and smaller freezer, but of course again for others that may suit better. These are minor points, I would emphasise.
