Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent location, especially for Terme, only 5 minutes walk. You have to check in online before you arrive with passport details and photos of all guests and you're sent a video of how to get in. It's on 6th floor but there is a lift you can use. It's very spacious and there are 2 terraces you can use which we didn't as was only there just for the night. There are PLENTY of cupboard space although not needed. Bathroom is ensuite with shower, toilet and bidet. There is a sofa bed. Few kitchen supplies were available for us that was good such as earl grey tea, coffee, nespresso pods (x3), sugar and olive oil. I don't think there was a microwave and can't say if other appliances worked as didn't use anything else.

Negative: There were issues identified that I'll list as hope owner will address before the guest arrives. However, I've gone back to all the reviews here and have noticed some have been repeated from over a year ago and therefore had to score less than I would have liked Main issue, no bathroom lights. This was reported and was told that they were working in the morning. Out of 4 spotlights in main shower area and 1 light in toilet, only 1 flickered for a few seconds. This was mentioned in another review. We were told to use our phone lights as no technician was available. This is very inconvenient especially whilst using the shower as not bright enough. In addition, shower head needs descaling as water not flowing well. It took a long time to drain.(reported previously) The kettle doesn't work (again mentioned before). There is no bin in the kitchen. I found one on the terrace. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on (mentioned I another review) The dishwasher door is off the hinge so needs to be fixed. Useful features for improvement: Bedside cabinets (phone dropped on the floor due to lack of) Guide for guests - with information where to find WiFi, phone number for emergencies and how to use cooker and radiators. Adapter for plugs. General European one did not fit in sockets. Better communication. No response after mentioning broken kettle. A landlord's communication is key. I would stay again depending on if the above are addressed. Good reviews are good for your business!
