The Cart Linhay is a single storey barn conversion which has been lovingly converted to a high standard. Located on a working farm and in an elevated position, lovely countryside views can be enjoyed from the large windows that span the width of the open plan kitchen/living/dining area. Two good quality bedrooms are located just off the hallway along with the newly fitted bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail. Large patio doors open out into the enclosed garden with patio area and table and chairs. This is an excellent spot for exploring the North Devon Countryside, with a public footpath right next to the property. Just a short drive will bring you to the historic Market town of Barnstaple which is well equipped with shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure facilities. For any keen golfers Portmore Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away and the nearby beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all less than an hours drive.
