Summary: The location was great and it was nice to have parking. The rooms were okay. Decent sized and comfortable but mold in the window areas. The blind in the bathroom was moldy and did not cover the window properly. The Fleece is an old building so you will get flaws and quirks. We had two rooms and one room had no issues with hot water, but our room did. Every evening the water was tepid and we had to request that the heater got boosted. Fortunately it did not take long to get hot water. Our room overlooked the outside area of the pub and was very noisy one evening with drunken punters. The restaurant is good and there breakfast was excellent.
