Positive: The staff and breakfasts were fantastic. Car parking great to and location superb within a few minutes of lovely restaurants and Bourton on the water

Negative: No communal area and my room was old fashioned and as I was staying a week on a course in Bourton it was a long time confined to this room. The soundproofing was poor. It really needs to be emphasised that this is room only despite there being a very comfortable breakfast area. Perhaps I didn't read the advert on booking.com properly.

Summary: Great place for a short stay only due to no communal space with fabulous breakfast and lovely staff
