Positive: Lots of space to be able to relax

Negative: Some little bits like door handle to bathroom and facia of some of the kitchen cupboards need attention. Thankfully we have a small car otherwise parking could be an issue, but any parking in Exeter is like gold dust.

Summary: Perfect place for visiting the university and the city.
