The Villa at Theoule was built in the late 1920’s and entirely renovated from 2018-2021 with air conditioning and underfloor heating, La Farandole is one of the most prestigious villas on the Côte d’Azur. It is in the hillside Californie quartier of Théoule-sur-Mer, a quiet village between the world-famous towns Cannes and St. Tropez. It has a landscaped garden and a pool house for staff or guests who might want that bit more independence.

The Main House
This magnificent property features five immaculately designed ensuite double bedrooms that are fitted with luxury hotel-quality mattresses and bed linen. The bedrooms have large glass doors which reveal the glorious sea view, all with terraces to enjoy breakfast, whilst watching the sunrise over the Bay of Cannes. The bedrooms each have ample storage for your belongings.
The Living Room
This property has been designed with luxury and convenience in mind. This expansive villa features large French doors which allow huge amounts of natural light into the property, making it hugely comfortable with a luxury about it. There is a large living room with a dual-aspect fireplace and an adjoining small library area for reading. Off the living room but out of sight is a fully fitted kitchen, put in place in 2021. There is a TV room with cable TV. The main house, pool house, and garden all benefit from a single zone, fast fiber WiFi.
The Outside
A large terrace area off the kitchen captures the late afternoon sun and has a table for 14 people to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a plancha for outdoor cooking.
The Pool House
The pool house has two double bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living room that opens directly onto a terrace that looks over the Bay of Cannes and Théoule village and port.
The Garden
In the landscaped garden there is a 12m x 3m saltwater swimming pool as well as a pétanque field. The garden has been constructed in such a way to allow different areas for sunbathing (with many sun loungers available), shaded areas for groups to gather or enjoy an aperitif, as well as quiet corners for people to read, reflect or watch the yachts in the bay.
There is an outdoor, covered area overlooking the sea for yoga, mindfulness, or physical exercise.

Neighbourhood Description
The nearest beach and Théoule’s port are a 10-minute walk away from the villa. The award-winning plage de l’Aiguille (winner of the best beach in the Alpes-Maritimes in 2021) is a few minutes’ drive away. To get to the plage du Suveret (the beach immediately below the house), you can either follow the road down back over the railway bridge and then turn right when you meet the coast road; alternatively, follow the avenue du Midi down below the garden wall until you reach the tunnel under the railway. After this foot tunnel is the port and the beach.
There are a variety of restaurants in Théoule, as well as two bakeries a short walk from the villa for morning croissants and fresh baguettes (the nearer bakery closes in the early afternoon).

Five minutes’ drive from the villa is Mandelieu La Napoule, with banks, hypermarkets and a wide range of restaurants. Cannes is a 10-15 minute drive. Nice airport is a 30-minute drive on the A8 autoroute.
